Which assets can you test on site?
Medium- and high-voltage power cables, gas-insulated switchgear, power transformers and associated switchgear. Tell us the voltage class and length and we will propose the test method.
How much notice do you need?
Contact us with the site, assets and preferred dates; mobilisation is planned around your outage window.
Is the calibration accredited?
Yes. Energy Distributor is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by IAS (international) and by SAAC, the Saudi Accreditation Center. For each instrument you can choose an IAS-accredited, SAAC-accredited or non-accredited calibration depending on the scope you need.
Can you calibrate on site?
Yes. We calibrate in our laboratories in Riyadh and Al Khobar, or on site anywhere in Saudi Arabia for instruments that should not be moved or where downtime matters.
How do I get my calibration certificate?
Certificates are issued on completion and are available any time through our certificate download portal at erp.ed.com.sa, as well as in print with the instrument.
Do you calibrate brands other than the ones you represent?
Yes. We calibrate and repair test and measurement equipment of all brands. Since 2010 instruments from more than 2,000 manufacturers have passed through our laboratory.
